We will issue full refund in follwoing conditions

If the item is returned within the first 7 days.
If the phone is unused in origional condition and completly sealed all contents are included.
Partial Refund Policy

Orders that are returned after 7 days in used condition or missing accessories/packaging we will deduct 20% amount from refunds for restocking.
